Tech Women @ Intuit (TWI) focuses on attracting, engaging and developing women and underrepresented racial groups in technical roles. In support of this, TWI launched a global Mentorship Program that facilitates one-to-one mentoring relationships connecting mentees with leaders and champions in the organization to invest, learn and develop.
Ideally, matches will meet a minimum of 1hr a month and set cadence and goals together. All tools, resources and guides are available within the platform after you enroll!
Guidelines:
- To qualify as a mentee: You must be a full-time female, non-binary employee in a technical role. In addition, male mentees that identify as a URG in tech can enroll.
- Technical roles defined as: PD, Data, Design, PM, IT/Security (as defined by your job band).
- To qualify as a mentor: You must be a full-time employee with a Senior level title or higher in a technical role. Employees of all genders are invited to be mentors.
- If you meet the above requirements and want to be both a Mentor and a Mentee, you can do so.
- You will have the option to match across sites.
