Facilitate a mutually beneficial connection between two people (mentor/mentee) where the mentor will help the mentee as they explore:
- Building program management craft skills; in current role or in anticipation of new roles
- Sounding board for goals setting and for career aspirations
- New ways of thinking and gaining a broader perspective on problems they are trying to solve.
- Making connections and expanding your network across the program management community
And the mentee will give the mentor opportunities to:
- Building program management craft skills; honing leadership capabilities and establishing trust
- Contributing to the growth and development of the program manager community
- Developing skills in coaching, critical thinking and providing actionable feedback
