Our Program Management Community (PgM, PjM, TPM and Bizops) has created a mentorship program, that will facilitate a mutually beneficial connection between two people (mentor/mentee) where the mentor will help the mentee as they explore:
- Building deep expertise in program management craft skills; for your current role or in anticipation of new roles
- Sounding board for goals setting and for career aspirations; whether those aspirations are to go deep, broad or upward
- Solving problems and sharing best practice
- Making connections and expanding your network across the program management community
And the mentee will give the mentor opportunities to;
- Building deep program management craft skills; honing leadership capabilities and establishing trust
- Contributing to the growth and development of the program manager community
- Developing skills in providing actionable feedback and critical thinking
- Making connections and expanding your network
