The New Manager Mentorship Program facilitates one-to-one mentoring relationships that connect new managers with experienced managers to accelerate their development.
Program Experience & Expectations
- Meet virtually or onsite once a month for six months
- Document and track progress on mentorship goals

- Accelerate progress toward critical development goals

Mentorship helps experienced managers (mentors):
- Elevate coaching and feedback capabilities
- Gain fresh perspectives, fostering innovation and new ways of thinking
- Expand their professional network, strengthening cross-functional connections
